Causa to Hold Actions at the Offices of U.S. Representatives DeFazio and Walden on Wednesday

Salem, Ore. -- This Wednesday, Causa Oregon and allies will visit the Oregon offices of U.S. Representatives Greg Walden in Bend and Peter DeFazio in Eugene.  We will urge them to support a Comprehensive Immigration Reform bill that includes a pathway to citizenship and legalization for 11 million undocumented immigrants working and living in the United States.

These actions in Oregon are taking place on the same day immigration reform supporters from around the nation are converging on Washington D.C. to hold a mass Rally for Immigration Reform, to hold members of Congress accountable and to urge them to support a bill that includes legalization for 11 Million Undocumented Immigrants with a pathway to citizenship. Causa is sending a delegation to D.C. to attend the Rally and to meet with Oregon's U.S. Senators and Representatives to get a firm response on their positions regarding immigration reform.
