It is now being reported that the Ecuadorean Immigrant who was beaten savagely on Sunday has been declared clinically dead. Jose Sucuzhanay, 31, was attacked along with his brother, Romel, by three individuals in Brooklyn, New York.

Jose Sucuzhanay underwent brain surgery after the attack and was listed in critical condition. On Tuesday, it was announced that the he was “brain dead” or clinically deceased. Today, New York Daily News reported that Sucuzhanay was taken off life support.
The attackers have not been caught. A reward of $22,000 is being offered for the arrest and conviction of those involved. Investigators are asking people to call CrimeStoppers at (800) 577-TIPS (8477) if they have any information on this case.
