Salem, Ore. -- On Thursday, over 500 people came to the Oregon State Capitol for the first official hearing of the Drivers License Restoration Bill SB 833 before the Oregon State Senate Transportation and Business Committee. After the hearing, a short rally took place out in front of the Capitol.
