What happened on May Day in Salem last year?

Last year, over 3000 immigrant and labor rights supporters rallied and marched at the Oregon State Capitol in Salem to commemorate International Workers' Day, or May Day. Individuals, clergy members, churches, labor unions, social justice & civil rights organizations, and business associations joined together to call for passage of Fair and Just Immigration Reform and an end to ICE Raids and Deportations.

If you weren't able to be there, watch this short video to see what you missed:

Join us tomorrow in Salem for a May Day Student March, Rally and a homage to Latin American Workers--celebrating their contributions to Oregon. Link here to get the details.
